Kandungan zat besi dan folat dalam liver atau hati sapi sangat tinggi dan mudah dicerna sehingga tubuh lebih cepat memproduksi sel darah merah lebih banyak. Namun perlu hati-hati sebelum membelinya, pastikan membeli hati sapi yang sehat.
3. Seafood
Makan lebih banyak seafood juga sangat membantu memenuhi zat besi, jika Sahabat fimela tidak alergi seafood. Beberapa ikan laut seperti udang, tuna, sarden, salmon, tiram dan kerang sangat bagus memenuhi kebutuhan zat besi.
4. Kacang-kacangan
Makan kacang-kacangan seperti kacang merah, hijau, chickpea, almond, mede, pistachio, dan bahkan kedelai juga sangat membantu memenuhi zat besi. Beberapa biji-bijian juga bagus dikonsumsi seperti biji bunga matahari dan biji labu.
