NORRISTOWN, PA — Looking for the best restaurants in the Norristown area to enjoy a good meal outside? Luckily there are plenty of options, whether it's a casual dinner for two, brunch with the family or just a quick bite by yourself.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, outdoor dining has been expanding — even during the colder months. Many eateries got creative during the winter, setting up indoor dining tents and even igloos.
But the days of needing shelter from the cold are waning, setting up the chance for even more opportunities to eat al fresco in the coming months.
Some top spots for al fresco around the area include:
- El Limon, 1000 Sandy Hill Road, Norristown
- Santangelo's Cafe, 910 E Main St, Norristown
- Taste of the Islands, 1500 Powell Street, Norristown
- The StoneRose Restaurant, 822 Fayette Street, Conshohocken
- Roots Real Food Real Beer, 148 W. Germantown Pike, East Norriton
- Puddlers Kitchen & Tap by Conshohocken Brewing Co., 3 Dekalb Street, Bridgeport
Of course, this is just a sampling of what the local area has to offer. If you know of a great spot we missed, share it in the comments or email justin.heinze@patch.com.
