Redwood City, CA-based EAT Club is now a part of the Compass Group, a global leader in foodservice, according to an announcement at EAT Club’s website.
“We've spent the last 10 years perfecting the virtual café experience in California with individual ordering on our digital platforms, individually packaged meals and an enterprise-grade contactless delivery operation,” EAT Club said.
"This acquisition will allow EAT Club to now serve customers across North America and beyond," EAT Club’s announcement continued.
Founded in 2010, EAT Club is a corporate food-delivery technology platform.
