Is there a chain letter going around telling restaurants to add Nashville hot chicken to their menus?

Chicken was the big news this week, even though Thanksgiving’s only a couple of weeks away.

Farmer Boys has introduced a couple of crispy chicken sandwiches, and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is launching a new concept called Jolene’s Wings & Beer that will deliver hot wings. If you live near a Lazy Dog in Corona, Temecula, Montclair, or Rancho Cucamonga, you could be within range.

Of course our news isn’t all that spicy. We still have COVID-19 and restaurant closures. But there’s one big opportunity coming our way. Disneyland is a long way from reopening, but Disney California Adventure will open up enough next week to let people enjoy the park’s corn dogs.
