Oscar’s Brewing Company, a new gastropub is at Temecula’s Duck Pond, is serving legendary breadsticks from its predecessor, Pat & Oscar’s on its patio.

Tammy Moore — one of the owners and daughter of chain founders Pat and Oscar Sarkisian — said it feels like its time to embrace a new concept.

The novel coronavirus pandemic is creating health and economic dilemmas for Inland eateries.

Some have temporarily shut down amid financial uncertainties. Others have temporarily closed for deep cleaning when staff members test positive for the virus or show symptoms of the sickness. Read more.

The historical building, once famed for its rock concerts, has reopened after a $30 million overhaul to serve burgers and brews on campus.With its ample dining, university officials expect the facility to provide the only food service to the few hundred people left on campus in the wake of the novel coronavirus pandemic. Temecula pulls back on street dining
