CORAL SPRINGS, FL - Starting Friday, you can eat and drink at a restaurant in Coral Springs and across Broward County until midnight.
As part of the reopening of the local economy, Broward County issued Friday on order giving restaurants and other establishments an additional hour to serve food and alcohol.
The order extends on-premise consumption of food and alcohol from 11 pm to 12 am for Broward food establishments.
Serving food and drinks, though, is still prohibited from 12 am to 5 am.
According to the order, food establishments can operate with at least a 50% indoor capacity as long as they can maintain six feet of distance between tables, limit tables to no more than six people, and require face masks to be worn except when eating or drinking.
Read the order here.
