Don’t spoil your appetite with Halloween candy this week. You might want to save room for some award-winning tortillas from a couple of Inland restaurants.

Despite the challenges of dining out these days, including the closure of a couple of high-profile restaurants, there are still plenty of good meals to be had. And one Inland city has extended outdoor dining into next year.

Here are the latest food happenings in the Inland Empire, plus a couple of recipes to make at home, too.

Another local restaurant said it plans to move into the property outside of Ontario Mills shopping center. Read more.

The decision comes as it doesn’t appear that San Bernardino County will allow restaurants to reopen their dining rooms any time soon. Read more.

They do it old school at the restaurant along Route 66, which opened in 1937. Read more.
