Throughout the pandemic, I’ve been trying to spread the love around to as many local breweries as possible. Fortunately for me, Logan Square has almost too many options. The past couple weeks have been all about Hopewell Brewing Co., which opened in the neighborhood in 2016. I scored some Clover Club ($12, four 12-ounce cans), a raspberry sour that thankfully doesn’t go overboard with the style, remaining deeply refreshing. And to balance that out, I’ve also been enjoying the Stay Frosty ($10, four 16-ounce cans), a dark winter lager that tastes great — even as all the snow slowly melts away. 2760 N.
