British bodybuilder and YouTuber Matt Morsia, a.k.a. MattDoesFitness, is always looking for an insane new challenge to take on. He's conquered the U.S. Air Force's Physical Fitness Test (PFT) without any practice or prep, and also did the British Army Fitness Test. And he also pushes the limits with his diet: He previously tried out Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's diet. Now, he's taking on another diet challenge: Strongman Brian Shaw's epic, 10,000 calorie eating plan.

"I'm going to be eating 10,000 calories across 7 meals, and I'm probably going to die," he at the beginning of his latest video.

And with that, he gets to prepping for his first meal.

Breakfast
A bowl of polenta (supposed to be grits, but a close dupe)
8 whole eggs
Glass of orange juice

"There's just so much volume," he says. "That is one of seven meals, and I feel sick."

However, less than an hour later, he's on to meal #2.

Meal #2
Powdered mashed potatoes
2 beef burger

"I don't want to be negative, but this is going to be disgusting," he says as he combines the two in a bowl. But after tasting, he says it's "actually quite good, but it's the most dense thing in the world".

He pushes ahead with a quick heavy squat workout, working his way up to 250 kg (about 551 pounds), his heaviest pull in years. Then, he's on to meal #3.

Meal #3
Ground turkey
Rice

"Brian smothers his in marinara sauce, but because I'm an unorganized mess, I forgot the marinara. So going commando," he says. After finishing, he calls up DOmino's pizza for a delivery.

Meal #4
2 small cheese pizzas
2 slices of cheesecake

"This is my fourth meal in the span of 4 hours," he says, as he opens up the pizza boxes. Once he finishes the pizza and one slice of cheesecake, he says, "If I were to describe myself in two words, it would be: not good. I've just got so much food in my stomach, it's very hard to eat."

After an hour and a half, he's prepping meal #5.

Meal #5
2 turkey burgers
Entire bag of baked sweet potato fries

"Just feeling full and knowing you have loads of food to eat is not a nice experience," he says before he digs in. "Under normal circumstances I would be all over this, but I just don't feel like eating food."

Once he's done, he says, "I'm not in a good place right now. If I genuinely never see food again for the rest of my life, that's completely fine with me."

Next, it's time for meal #6.

2 steaks

"If I move I'm going to be sick," he says with his hands on his head after he finishes. And he ends his day with a dessert-filled meal #7.

Meal #7
2 pieces of cheesecake

"I feel sick, but this is actually delicious cheesecake," he says.

His final thoughts: "It's been horrendous, but that is testament to Brian Shaw. The fact that someone is willing to eat that much food, that is torture, on a daily basis. It shows how dedicated the person is. To get to that size and level of psychical ability and strength, you have to eat a stupid amount of food. Brian Shaw is one of the, if not the strongest, man who's ever lived. Fair play Brian, you absolute freak."
