STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Bin 5′s co-owner Danny Ippolito announced his departure from the restaurant on social media. He will leave the Rosebank eatery, known for its award-winning wine and cocktail program, after Nov. 28.
The business will continue with co-owner Gino Zubrich.
