The good news is inspectors did not find any roaches during their visit. The bad news is they found a large number of flies inside. They also found an employee smoking in the storage room, next to boxes of food containers, cups and lids. Inspectors said a paper food container had, at some point, fallen into the chili without anyone knowing.
